You can contact us with a concern any time. You can do this by telephone, letter,
email, fax or in person. The following applies if you transmit data to us:
• Personal data: any information that you voluntarily provide to us
• Purpose of processing: dealing with your concern
• Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) a GDPR
• Recipient of the data:

o Units where we forward your data on your request
• Storage period:
o The data will be archived after processing.
o The data in the archive will be deleted after 10 years.

When you visit our website
If you visit our website, the following data will be automatically processed:
• Personal data:

By the use of SSL encryption, we ensure high security. SSL-encrypted data is not readable by third parties. Make sure that SSL encryption is enabled. The use of encryption is easy to recognize: The browser line changes from "http: //" to "https: //".

Newsletter subscriber
You can subscribe to our newsletter free of charge. If you subscribe to the newsletter the following data is processed:
• Personal data:
o required fields: your e-mail address
o You can also voluntarily provide the following information:
     - title
     - first name
     - surname
     - company
o Your subscription to the newsletter will be logged due to legal reasons. The following information will be saved: your stated login data, registration and confirmation time as well as your IP address. The collection of this data is required to prevent abuses of your email address and to legally verify your subscription to the newsletter.
• We use the double-opt-in for sending the newsletter. This means that we will only send you an email newsletter if you have explicitly confirmed that you agree to receive the newsletter. Therefore, you receive an email with a confirmation link. Through this email you will be invited to review your submitted details and reconfirm your intention to sign up. Only after your verification the email address will be added to the mailing list.
• We use Google’s service reCaptcha to protect our newsletter form from spam and abuse. Google uses the following data to check whether you are a human or a computer: the IP address of the device, the website you are visiting and the website where captcha is integrated, the date and duration of the visit, the identification data of the used browser and operating system type, your Google account when you are logged in to Google, mouse movements on the reCaptcha surfaces and tasks to identify images. The legal basis for the described data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Processing data is based on legitimate interest to ensure the security of our website and to prevent abuse.
• We point out that we evaluate your user behaviour regarding the newsletter. The newsletter includes so-called web beacons which represent one-pixel image files stored on our website. In the evaluation, we record whether a newsletter was viewed and which links were clicked. In addition, technical information is collected (date and time related to opening and clicking on a newsletter campaign, IP address, browser type and operating system). The data is collected exclusively pseudonymised so that no linkage between your data takes place. The information will be stored as long as you have subscribed to the newsletter. If you do not want to be analysed by CleverReach, unsubscribe from the newsletter.
• For the dispatching of the newsletter, we use a service provider (CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Mühlenstraße 43, 26180 Rastede, Germany) which is bound by instructions (processor). For more information about CleverReach visit https://www.cleverreach.com.
• Purposes of processing: dispatching the newsletter, personal address in the newsletter, preventing abuse of the email address
• Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO

o A transfer to other third parties does not take place.
• Storage period: Your data will be stored as long as the subscription to the newsletter is active.
• You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. There is an unsubscribe link in every newsletter. Alternatively, you can unsubscribe by sending an email to newsletter@amcongmbh.de. The legality of the data processing carried out based on the consent until the subscription is not affected by this.

There is no obligation to transmit this data. Nevertheless, it not possible to receive the newsletter without transmission of this data. Therefore, processing data is based on legitimate interest.

When you use our transfer tool
You can use our transfer tool to provide us huge amounts of data. If you use this option, the following data is processed:
• Personal data: none
• If you use the transfer tool, you will inevitably transmit all data that you upload.
• Purposes of processing: data transmission
• Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR
• Origin of the data: by yourself
• Recipient of the data: internal departments
• Storage period: These data are deleted depending on the selected expiry time. The storage period can be a maximum of three months.

There is no obligation to transmit this data. You can also provide us with the data in other forms, e.g. sending a CD by post. For the use of the transfer tool the processing is necessary. Therefore, processing data is based on legitimate interest.

Service providers and suppliers
Most of our service providers appoint one of their employees as contact person to us. The contact details of these contact persons are processed as follows:

There is no obligation to transmit this data. Processing is not necessary for the service / delivery. The effort for agreements would be disproportionately high without specified contact persons. In addition, there would be a great danger of misunderstandings. Therefore, processing data is based on legitimate interest.

Applicants
Applicants can send us their applications in paper form or by e-mail (preferred). If you apply, we process the following data about you:
• Personal data: data that you provide with the application
• Purpose of processing: decision on hiring
• Legal basis:
o Art. 88 GDPR in conjunction section 27 BDSG
o Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent to longer storage of your documents)
• Recipient of the data: internal departments
• Storage period:
o in case of hiring: 10 years after the end of your employment with us
o in case of rejection: 6 months after rejection (if you do not agree to a longer storage period)
• The processing of the data is required to check a setting. The conclusion of an employment contract is not possible without the provision of this data.

Use of Indeed
By clicking on "Apply" on the respective job posting an input mask opens which you can use to upload your name, your e-mail address, your phone number, your resume as an attachment and a message at Indeed. The full IP address will be sent only in exceptional cases to a Google server in the US and truncated there. The IP address will not be merged with other Google data.
• Purposes of processing: interest in analysing, optimization of our website

In this case, pseudonymous utilization profile of the users can be created from the processed data.

When you watch videos on YouTube

We are interested in offering a wide range of multimedia information. That's why we embed videos from YouTube. Operator is YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave. San Bruno, CA 94066 USA. Legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

The embedding takes place in the extended data protection mode, which means that only when the video is played cookies and pixel tags are set by YouTube for the personalization of advertising and search results.

By watching the YouTube video, the following data is transmitted to Google as YouTube operator:

  • the specific address of the page accessed by us
  • the transmitted identifier of the browser
  • date and time of the call
  • existing cookies that can be used to uniquely identify your browser
