You can contact us with a concern any time. You can do this by telephone, letter,
email, fax or in person. The following applies if you transmit data to us:
• Personal data: any information that you voluntarily provide to us
• Purpose of processing: dealing with your concern

o The "Facebook Insights" feature allows us to retrieve statistical data of different categories. These statistics are generated and provided by Facebook. o For a selectable period, Facebook provides us with the following data related to our Facebook fan page:

     - most frequently accessed tabs
     - number of likes
     - post interactions (likes, comments, subscribe, view, preview, share, clicks)
     - subscribers to our fan page
     - post range
     - language
     - external links (route planner, link to company website, link to other company services, link to imprint)
     - click on a link from another page on Facebook or from a website outside of Facebook that leads to our Facebook fan page
     - origin of the "Like" information
     - demographic evaluations (country of origin, gender, age)
     - information about whether you are logged in from a computer or mobile device while visiting our Facebook fan page or interacting with the content
o In this way, data is also provided about the Facebook groups linked to our Facebook fan page.
o All data that is generated and presented in Facebook Insights is used anonymously so that no conclusions can be drawn about individual persons.
o We use the data in aggregated form to make our posts and content on our Facebook fan page more attractive to our users. Information about the type of devices used by visitors helps us adjust the posts visually.
o Processing data is based on legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
o We can identify subscribers and fans of our Facebook page and see their profiles and other shared information.
