You can contact us with a concern any time. You can do this by telephone, letter,
email, fax or in person. The following applies if you transmit data to us:
• Personal data: any information that you voluntarily provide to us

The Facebook fan page is operated by us to inform about current developments and news about our company. It is possible to contact us via Facebook.

If you visit our Facebook fan page, the following data will be automatically processed:

• Statistical data
o The "Facebook Insights" feature allows us to retrieve statistical data of different categories. These statistics are generated and provided by Facebook. We have no influence on the generation and presentation as a Facebook fan page operator. We are not able to disable this feature or prevent the generation and processing of the data.
o For a selectable period, Facebook provides us with the following data related to our Facebook fan page:
     - total number of page views
     - most frequently accessed tabs
     - number of likes
     - post interactions (likes, comments, subscribe, view, preview, share, clicks)
     - subscribers to our fan page
     - post range
     - language
     - external links (route planner, link to company website, link to other company services, link to imprint)
     - click on a link from another page on Facebook or from a website outside of Facebook that leads to our Facebook fan page
     - origin of the "Like" information
     - demographic evaluations (country of origin, gender, age)
     - information about whether you are logged in from a computer or mobile device while visiting our Facebook fan page or interacting with the content
o In this way, data is also provided about the Facebook groups linked to our Facebook fan page.
o All data that is generated and presented in Facebook Insights is used anonymously so that no conclusions can be drawn about individual persons.
o We use the data in aggregated form to make our posts and content on our Facebook fan page more attractive to our users. Information about the type of devices used by visitors helps us adjust the posts visually.
o Processing data is based on legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
o We can identify subscribers and fans of our Facebook page and see their profiles and other shared information.

• Cookies: Facebook uses cookies for the storage and further processing of the information. Cookies are small text files that are stored on various user devices. If you have a Facebook profile and you are logged in to it, the storage and analysis is cross-device.
• Purpose of processing: up-to-date and supportive information and interaction opportunities with interested parties

• Recipient of the data:

o Which third parties receive the data is not finally and clearly named by Facebook and is not known to us. Therefore, we cannot exclude the transfer of personal data in third countries and the potential risks for you as user.
• Storage period: How long Facebook saves the data, is not finally and clearly named by Facebook and is not known to us.

In addition, as a Facebook fan page operator, we do not process any data from your visit to our Facebook fan page.

We are aware that Facebook processes the data for the following purposes:
