TRAINING AND PROMOTION

Those who are aware of their capability and where they want to go reach their goals more easily. We promote young talent but also ensure our experienced navigators remain at the top of their game through regular advanced training. We take ideas seriously, which is why, above all, training means to us: onward to new ideas! Every year AMCON offers training positions for “IT-experts specializing in application development” and for the dual degree “B.Sc. in Business Informatics”. Experience has shown that future trainees who are supported early on at the start of their education enter the workforce with more knowledge and are more motivated. For this reason we offer students a trial period, in the form of a year-long internship alongside their school work. To prepare young people and young adults systematically and early on for their career choices and support a successful transition from the school into their profession, we have set up a company-internal careers orientation program (COP). Through the COP support program, we offer young people the chance to orient themselves and to strive towards an achievable goal. And ensure we get the best talent.
